Lesson in week 5 that each of students learn

Covid-19: Effect of new normal education every student future?

Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today" - MalcomX

When the coronavirus closed down schools and required distance learning for the rest of the school year, things seemed complicated. Suddenly, parents, students and teachers alike were forced to learn a new way of schooling. Yet despite the initial discomfort, the benefits of distance learning go far beyond protection from the virus.

But amidst this new normal caused by Covid - 19, students' overcome hardships through the time.

This year is terrible globally as school is closed, the future is uncertain! This is the year where we should select the college we want to attend, but nothing is clear for the moment.

If truth to be told, our beloved teachers are doing everything to the best of their ability. Printing modules and making videos of themselves teaching. Providing Weekly Leaning Plan just to make sure we follow instructions and make our work easier. There are many different subjects for Grade 12- HUMSS but thankfully, this semester does not include General Mathematics or Physics because I don't know how to handle such underwhelming subject.

THE MAJOR SUBJECTS OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Practical Research
  • English for Academic and Professional Purposes
  • Contemporary Philippine Arts
  • Introduction to the Philosophy of the Human Person
  • Pagsulat sa Filipino sa Larang Akademik
  • Health Optimizing Physical Health 3

And addition of Trends, Networks and Critical Thinking and the Introduction to the World Religion. Coping with these subjects are indeed hard, especially now that we are having self-study just to make sure we learn enough. We watch videos in the internet to aid our curious minds because not all the information about the lesson is indicated in the module and we also scroll for research about our lessons and then I found out that some of the questions are already on the internet already. It's quite a good approach.

For my study of all the topics this semester, English for Academics and Professional Purposes because more than writing my opinions I understand more about different languages and important to each students. It teaches me how to write related that I can also apply to topics like Practical Research 2. And the topic that interests me the most is Introduction to Philosophy as well as Contemporary Art- these topics are new to me so more fascinated to know about it I wanted to research for facts and facts about the lessons of these topics.

For the Filipino academic, my mind expands on how to do it and what its characteristics are, such as comprehensive topics, appropriate objectives, structured guidelines, value of data, effective analysis and conclusions of possible conclusions in developing an academic writing. As for Physical Education subject is more dancing but I'm not sure that I'm doing well for this subjects. But for me, it gives me chills and goosebumps reading from the instruction to dance. I make fun of myself while doing the practice but later on I put on a poker face and be serious then. In the end, I overcome everything I fear and dislike.

Each subjects fabricated my mind and vocabulary a lot more every day. I taught me that not everything we see beforehand are enough, instead we should research more and expand our sources to be wise and knowledgeable.

These days, only papers, pen and Gadgets are always with me and I am sure that I'm learning every day. That's why, everybody must congratulate each and everyone after surpassing a great battle of minds and bravery- For the students like me.

What are the benefits of New normal Distance learning for every students?

Learn on Your Own Schedule

Students now have the freedom to pick and choose their schedule. They are able to learn at their own pace in a relaxed environment. Students who learn better in the morning after a good night’s sleep may choose to tackle their harder subjects right when they wake up. Students who are night owls may prefer to wait until later in the day, once they’ve fully woken up and are at full mental capacity.

For Some, the Home Environment May Be Less Stressful

Although students may miss extracurricular activities and social relationships from school, many have reported feeling less stressed while schooling from home. Students can study where they feel most comfortable and can videoconference to their classes at the click of a button. While schooling at home, it is also easier to complete other hobbies and housework that otherwise would have been placed on the back burner. By being at home, many students are able to get things done in a safe and relaxing environment.

ME WITH MY TROOPS IN SCHOOL

I got this picture 3 years ago, as you can see, it is happier when the class is face to face because even though we are studying we are happy you have learned that you are still happy that's why we are happy to study even if we are not very smart at least we have learned.

Having friends and socializing is one of the things we do in school. Good friends are good for your health. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also:

  • Boost your happiness and reduce your stress
  • Encourage you to change or avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as excessive drinking or lack of exercise
  • Improve your self-confidence and self-worth

These are the things that were deprived to us by this pandemic. Terrible. But mingled with pandemic, we can never be defeated.
